🎬 The arm that carried the rest

Felz Media Group

Your Journey Starts Here

The branding and marketing side of Joe's work — and the site where he wrote most openly. It is the oldest of his properties on record, independently archived back to August 2024.

What he offered

Written in his own voice, at length, with arguments rather than bullet points.

🎯

Business Branding

His argument was that a brand is simply your reputation, and that everyone has one whether they manage it or not — because you can leave a good impression or a bad one, but you cannot leave none.

📣

Marketing Strategy

He held that nobody enjoys being sold to, and that everyone has instant defences against a pitch. His approach was to earn the thought that precedes the purchase rather than interrupt it.

📱

Social & Content

Built from having done it himself: he went from never having recorded a video to an audience of over a million by documenting his own life honestly.

🤝

Consulting

Direct work with business owners, drawing on eight companies of his own and a decade of investing.

How he thought about trust

The services pages read less like a brochure than an essay. Joe’s central claim was that people buy the person and not the product — that the questions running underneath any purchase are really why should I trust you and will you stand behind this, and that a business which never answers them never gets to the starting line.

People always buy the person, not the product.

— Joe Felz, felzmediagroup.org

It is a fair description of how he ran everything else. He told people the honest number, published the calculator so they could check him, and pointed out when they did not need what he was selling. The marketing philosophy and the man were the same thing.
